Mynd Tens Machine

The TensCare Mynd is a clinically designed TENS unit that can be used for headaches and migraines. The Mynd comes with two easy-to-use programmes. One is a preventative programme which should be used daily, and one is used as a treatment programme, to be used when you are suffering from a migraine attack. The programmes have a set timer, meaning the unit will turn off once they have concluded. No need for time keeping or checking how much longer you have left. Flexibility is essential, which is why there are 40 steps of intensity, meaning you'll find a level that is comfortable and suitable for your needs. We also understand that: headaches, migraines and chronic migraines can strike at any point, which is why the Mynd comes with a handy travel case, which includes a mini mirror that allows you to see and place the device on your forehead. Finally, the Mynd uses subtle lights and sounds to indicate the level of intensity and when the unit finishes.

Advisory Information:

Use the TensCare Mynd massager carefully to avoid injury. Pay attention to correct positioning and handling, especially when using the 'tapping' technique and targeted application on the head. Follow general safety guidelines for battery-powered devices.

Directions:

1. Before use ensure to clean your skin with a damp cloth and soapy water. Leaving your forehead slightly damp may allow for better adhesion and stimulation from the device.

2. For first use, remove one of the gel pads from its foil packaging.

3. Remove the blue plastic liner from the gel pads and apply to the rear of the MYND device.

4. Remove the clear plastic liner from the rear of the device. Be careful to ensure the gel pads remain stuck to the device.

5. Place the clear plastic liner back in the travel case. The blue liner can be disposed of.

The gel pads are reusable. However, over time they will become less adhesive. When this happens remove the gel pads currently on the device and apply new gel pad.

A fabric headband is included with your Mynd device. In some cases it may be necesarry to use this to help keep the device in place.
