Your nighttime ritual:

1. Clean: Wash & dry your nose to remove any oil or makeup.
2. Peel: Remove the nose strip from its backing.
3. Apply: Firmly place it across the lower section of your nose right above where the nostrils flare out.
4. Breathe: Let your nose do the rest.

Come morning, it’s best to either remove the Nose Strip in the shower, or wet it and peel it off.
