OMGTea AA is crafted from a blend of leaves harvested during the first and second flushes, showcasing quality and flavour. The grinding process is performed using a traditional granite stone mill, taking over an hour to grind just 30 grams of these leaves.

Directions:
Preparation: Place ½ heaped tsp of matcha into a mug or bowl. Add a few drops of 80°C water and mix to create a paste. Fill with more 80°C water and whisk until frothy and smooth.
