Directions:

Take 1 capsule daily, preferably with breakfast. Ideally start taking 3-5 days before departure, continuing while abroad, and for a few days upon return. If desired, or professionally directed, can be increased to 2 capsules per day. Does not interfere with antimalarials or other travel medication. Suitable from 4 years+.
