Directions:
Apply around 5ml (1-2 pumps) of around the body and massage into the skin, concentrating on any areas that are prone to stiffness and cramping, avoiding any sensitive or broken skin. For daily use, best used after a bath or shower when the pores are open to aid absorption into the skin. Reapply as needed.
