Advisory Information:
Use with caution to avoid burns; do not use while sleeping or near water; avoid sensitive areas and direct skin contact; do not overheat. Intended for menstrual pain relief.
Directions:
Wearing: Wear the belt around your waist, over your clothes, and position it on your lower abdomen or lower back for maximum relief.
Activation: Hold the Heat button to start heat therapy or the Massage button to start massage. Settings: Press the Heat button or the Massage button repeatedly to cycle through the available temperature and massage modes.
Duration: The belt can be worn as long as needed, but reposition the pad regularly.
Charging: When the battery indicator flashes red, charge the belt using the provided USB-C cable; ensure it is fully charged before first use.
Warning: Do not use the belt whilst it is charging.
Deactivation: Hold the Heat button and/or the Massage button to switch the corresponding function and the belt off.
