How to Use:

· Pop a toothpaste tablet into your mouth and chew for 10 seconds.

Directions:

Pop a PRO tablet and chew for 5 seconds before brushing as normal with a wet toothbrush. Brush twice a day for 2 minutes using the PÄRLA BRUSH (or an electric brush). Make sure you clean every surface of every tooth - that’s the inside, the outside and the chewing side!
