Directions:

Take one sachet daily, morning or evening, preferably on an empty stomach. Add 100 ml of cold water, milk or yogurt to one sachet. Do not dissolve in fruit juice or carbonated drinks. If you are using antibiotics, take the product 2–3 hours before or after antibiotic use.
