Directions:

1. Ensure your lips and the surrounding skin are clean and completely dry before application.
2. Avoid applying moisturiser, lip balm or facial oils around the mouth immediately before use, as these may affect adhesion.
3. Place the tape centrally over closed lips and press firmly for a few seconds to secure.
4. If you're new to mouth taping, wear the tape for 15–30 minutes before bed while reading or relaxing to help you get used to the sensation.
5. Remove in the morning.
