Our Vitamin K2 capsules are made using MK7, the purest, most natural and most bioactive form of Vitamin K. MK7 is made from natto, a Japenese soybean food product that has been fermented with the bacteria Bacillus subtilis natto.
Directions
Take 1 capsule daily with food.
