We have used guava leaf to provide 20mg of wholefood, elemental zinc per capsule. Guava leaf also contains quercetin, lycopene and beta carotene. 

Wholefood vitamins are well absorbed and are highly bioavailable.

Directions

Take 1 capsule daily for general health maintenance.

Take up to 2 capsules daily for short term, acute health support, or as directed by a health practitioner.

Take at least 1 hour before food. If stomach upset occurs, take with food.
