The infused liquid has a cloudy appearance which is classic from the ginger with the ginger root strongly coming through on the nose. This infusion has bold flavour – warming ginger root notes, citrus vibrancy with sourness bringing an added dimension to this infusion which is full of character - it would definitely give you a lift.
