Non-caffeinated Fruit tea with dried apple pieces
Known as Elma cayi, this herbal infusion is sold as a herbal medication in Turkey. There it is commonly served with cookies known as Qurabiya.
This tea is made of real Apple pieces and yields a mellow liquor that smells intensely like apple juice. The tea is a perfect mix of sweet and sour and makes a fantastic hot tea as well as a soothing iced tea.
"Generous dry pieces of apple with a strong apple nose with floral notes. Very pleasant drink with a warm mellow flavour which is delicious - and we enjoyed it very much." as described by the Great Taste judges
