Subtle zest
It has a pleasant fruity smell. But out of the other citrus oils, this doesn’t smell too zesty or have a strong aroma as such. Would have to use quite a few drops to smell it. Still nice though.

Lovely smell but causes rash
I like the smell of this oil. It’s not too strong and lovely, but caused really bad rash on my whole body when I used it in a bath water. I’ve used grapefruit oil from different brands for a long time so this was shocking. Love the smell so will continue using it for a steam…
