The use of turmeric dates back nearly 5000 years to the Vedic culture in India, where it wasused as a culinary spice and in Ayurveda.Turmeric is largely cultivated in South East Asia, where India is the largest producer of Turmeric.

Turmeric Paste by Turmeric Merchant is made from organic raw turmeric root and packaged fresh to ensure natural oils and compounds from turmeric root remain unaltered. For a greater benefit, we have also added organic black pepper and organic virigin coconut oil. Turmeric paste can be used in cold and hot beverages (Golden Latte) as a herbal tea and in food.
