Magnet therapy for joints
“I have been using the magnets for 10 days on my knee and hip to see if the pain of arthritis would ease. I think it has helped a bit and the discomfort has eased within 15 mins of applying them. However, the plasters do not always stay in place when pulling trousers or underwear up and down during the day and it would be an expensive tool for pain relief if used long term.”

Reduces pain
“I was using the patches to alleviate my sciatica but found them too sticky. They often came off and stuck to my clothes. I then tried the magnets instead. They actually work. I apply one each morning, taking care to find the exact point of pain first. It took me a few days to perfect the knack of applying it without the edges sticking together. It stays on all day and hasn't fallen off at all. I've only had breakthrough pain once so it's a wonderful find! It is important to remember to remove the magnet before going to bed (it's easy to forget) otherwise it can damage the skin. My only concern is that throwing one away each day can't be environmentally friendly. I don't think they can be recycled.”

Directions:
