Didn't work for me...but....
“Unfortunately, for me these didn't work, I knew that they don't work for everyone. Despite taking these for almost a month, I've actually not lost any weight at all. This is most likely to do with the fact that I didn't do any other exercise, other than the odd walk. Also kept eating normally too, but didn't stop the chocolate, cakes & biscuits, so it's my own fault. If you are prepared to change your diet & exercise more, then I'm sure it'll work.”
