Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Balls
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 2 scoops (about 50–60g) chocolate protein powder
- 2tbsp chocolate chips
Almond & Coconut Protein Balls
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
- 1 cup almond butter
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 2 scoops (about 50–60g) chocolate protein powder
- 1–2tbsp unsweetened shredded coconut
Method
Step 1
Place all ingredients in a large bowl and stir to combine.
Step 2
Once combined, use a small cookie scoop to scoop and form the dough into balls.
Step 3
Store in a covered container in the fridge or freezer.
