Roasted autumn fruits with vanilla yoghurt

Ingredients

  • 2 plums, cut into quarters
  • 2 figs * halved
  • 400g blackberries
  • 50g butter, cut into cubes
  • 50g honey *
  • 250g vanilla yoghurt

Method

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 180˚C/350˚F/gas mark 4. In a small roasting tin, place the plums and figs with the butter cubes, then drizzle over the honey.

Step 2

Roast the fruits for 15 minutes, then add in the blackberries and roast for another 5 minutes. Spoon the vanilla yoghurt into bowls.

Step 3

Once cooked, serve the hot fruit immediately over the vanilla yoghurt.
