What's inside

Monk fruit infusion powder: 70% soluble tapioca fibre and 30% monk fruit decoction (Siraitia grosvenorii). The monk fruit is steeped in water and dried onto the fibre, with no chemical extraction. A food-safe desiccant sachet keeps the powder dry (do not eat it).

How to use

Stir into tea, coffee, smoothies, yoghurt or porridge, or use it in baking. Start with 1/3 teaspoon in place of each teaspoon of sugar and adjust to taste. Dissolves in hot and cold drinks. Keep sealed in a cool, dry place and use within 60 days of opening.
