Powdered erythritol is a natural zero calorie icing sugar replacement used to sweeten just about anything! It is a very fine powder with a similar texture to icing sugar so dissolves very quickly.
As part of the “sugar alcohol” family, Erythritol is a naturally derived sugar from fruit and plants and passes straight through your body undigested. Erythritol is 70% the sweetness of sugar so you need to use 130g of erythritol for every 100g of sugar in baking.
