Directions:

1. Add 200ml of water into a shaker2. Add 2 levelled scoops (-46g) of Complete+ Nutrient Shake in the shaker. 3. Close the lid tight and shake vigorous until all powder is dissolved. 4. Decant to drink immediately or seal &store in fridge for up to 24h. 5 . If the product is not consumed in full immediately, always re-shake before consuming.Have 1 serving a day (1 serving = 2scopps (46g)) – that’s enough for most people.If you need extra support (for those times when your appetite is very low and you're not getting enough protein from food) you can have up to 2 servings a day.
