With 7g of fibre in each serving, this targeted formula encourages regulation, feeds the microbiome, and supports metabolic balance. This product is manufactured where sesame and mustard are present. Directions:
The full dose is 1 tbsp OR 3 x ARTAH Scoops, mixed in 500ml water before breakfast. Start with 1/2 this dosage and gradually work your way up to the full dose. Best taken on an empty stomach. The full dose delivers 7g of fibre. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.
