Made with sourdough and freshly milled whole rye, our Biona Organic Rye Omega 3 bread is wheat-free, high in fibre and contains no added yeast; the perfect choice for a wide range of diets. With golden linseeds providing a source of plant-based omega 3 fatty acids.
Wholesome with a deep rye flavour, it is delicious served with a variety of sweet and savoury toppings. Why not try topping with creamy peanut butter and banana or smashed avocado, lime and tomato.
Either enjoy it straight from the packet or serve deliciously warm and pop it in the toaster for a nutritious snack or meal.
