How to Use

• Aroma Diffuser / Burner: Add 3–5 drops to water in your diffuser or oil burner to fill your space with a fresh, respiratory-clearing aroma.
• Steam Inhalation: Add 2–3 drops to a bowl of hot water, lean over with a towel draped over your head, and inhale the steam deeply for 5 minutes.
• Soothing Chest Rub: Dilute 2–3 drops in 10ml of a carrier oil (such as sweet almond or jojoba) and massage gently onto the chest and back.

Safety Note: Pure essential oil blend. For external use only. Dilute with a carrier oil prior to direct skin application. Keep out of reach of children and avoid contact with eyes.
