How to Use

• For Aromatherapy: Add 4–6 drops to a diffuser or oil burner filled with water to fill your room with a fresh, stimulating scent.
• For Massage: Dilute at a ratio of 5 drops of essential oil to 10ml of a suitable carrier oil (such as sweet almond or jojoba oil) before applying to the skin.
