Active Ingredients: Squill liquid extract, Capsicum tincture. Other Ingredients: ethanol (alcohol), sucrose, fructose and glucose (as partial invert syrup), carmoisine (E122), Sunset Yellow (E110), sodium methyl hydroxybenzoate (E219) and sodium propyl hydroxybenzoate (E217).

Directions:

Adults 12+: Two 5ml spoonfuls 3 times a day; Not for under 12 years. Store below 25°C; use within 28 days of opening. Keep out of sight and reach of children. Do not use if the bottle cap seal is damaged or after the expiry date.
