Hemp Seed Oil is dark green, with a delicious nutty taste and similar in consistency to a virgin olive oil. Our cold pressed Hemp Seed Oil is the perfect balance of omegas 3, 6 and 9 which are beneficial for the cardiovascular system and help control cholesterol. The oil contains 40% less saturated fat than olive oil. It is also anti inflammatory & helps boost your immune system.
Our hemp is grown regeneratively and is sustainable, requiring no herbicides or pesticides. Due to its impressive capability for carbon sequestration, hemp seed products are considered to be carbon neutral. And with no need for pesticides or herbicides, it's letting our hedgerows breathe and our butterflies thrive.

Directions:
Can be drizzled over salads, smoothies or vegetables. It can also be consumed neat. For skin issues, you can apply a thin layer to the affected area or also use as a massage oil.
A general recommended daily amount of hemp seed oil for adults is 1 to 2 tablespoons (15-30 ml), but this can vary based on individual needs, age, and health goals. It's best to start with a lower dose, like 1 teaspoon, and gradually increase it to find what works for you
