The Core Carb Gel uses a dual-fuel 1:0.8 glucose-to-fructose ratio for faster absorption and reduced GI discomfort. It also contains 200mg of sodium, as well as potassium, magnesium and calcium for hydration and optimised muscle function.
With dual carbs and electrolytes, the Core Gel covers both energy and hydration; so with water, it’s all you need to fuel throughout your race.

Directions:
For efforts under 60 minutes or lower intensity sessions, take 1 gel (per hour). For 60–90 minutes at high intensity, aim for 2–3 gels per hour. For races or sessions over 90 minutes, fuel with 3–4 gels per hour.
