All of our hummus chips are plant-based and gluten free. They are flash fried in just 25 seconds vs 9 minutes which means they contain 30% less fat than fried potato chips. Made from chickpeas which are nitrogen fixing. The long roots churn up the soil and need less pesticies, making them important for crop rotation.
