Directions:

Cleanse skin and apply a few drops of facial oil for glide. Gently squeeze the cup, place onto the skin, then release to create suction.

Start with light suction and keep the cup moving at all times. Use slow, controlled strokes across cheeks, jawline, and forehead, reapplying oil as needed.

Use for 3 to 5 minutes, 2 to 3 times per week, or as desired, increasing gradually as comfort allows
