Directions:

Start with clean skin and apply your favourite facial oil or serum for slip. Hold the gua sha at a shallow angle against the skin and use gentle strokes, always moving upward and outward. Begin at the jawline and glide from chin towards the ear.

Move to the cheeks, stroking from the nose towards the temples. Finish at the forehead, moving from the centre outwards. Use three to five strokes per area. Clean after use with warm water and gentle soap, or spritz with Natural Beauty Tool Cleaner, then dry and store in the silk lined box.
