Directions:
Use 3 or 4 heaped teaspoons of Sauce Mix to 300ml of cold water. Add a little of the cold water to the mix and stir to give a smooth paste. Slowly add the remainder of the water to the paste. Transfer to a saucepan and bring to the boil over a medium heat, stirring continuously. Remove from the heat and serve.

Brown Rice Flour, Cornstarch (Non-GM), Hydrolysed Vegetable Protein (Non-GM), Extract of Roasted Barley Malt (gluten-free), Powdered Onion, Sea Salt, Ground White Pepper.
