How To Use: Take 2 capsules daily with food and water, or as directed by your medical herbalist. For a nourishing snack, we suggest opening the capsules and blending the powder into homemade energy balls with dates, nuts and seeds. Store in a cool, dark place and do not use if the seal is broken.
