What Is It: A single-herb supplement made from 100% pure, organic Fresh-Ground® Valerian root, freshly hand-ground in small batches in our London workshop. How To Use: Take 2 capsules daily with food, or as directed by your practitioner. For a calming bedtime ritual, we suggest taking them with a glass of water around 30 minutes before bed, perhaps alongside a few drops of Castor Rest with Lavender.
