Our capsules contain 60mg of a 10:1 valerian root extract which is the concentrated equivalent of 600mg of raw root and provides 0.8% valerenic acids.

Directions

Take 1 capsule daily with or without food.

Valerian is most effective when taken 1-2 hours before bed, daily, for at least 2 weeks.
