When first using your Grass & Co. FOCUS Lion's Mane Mushrooms Powder, we recommend you start low and go slow. Lion’s Mane has a naturally delicious, mild mushroom flavour. Our finely ground powder can be added without any preparation to smoothies and soups or sprinkled on foods. Alternatively, add half a teaspoon to your favourite hot drink at a time that works for you. Stir well. Take care not to exceed the recommended limit of one serving (2g) per day. Mushrooms by Grass & Co. are cultivated in greenhouses on substrates native to each mushroom with natural airflow and lighting. The advanced hot water extraction processes deliver the most bio-available and potent compounds.
