Directions:
As a food we recommend 10g (4 full scoops) in 200-250ml of water or milk (add flavouring of your choice to mask taste if preferable). Shake well and consume.Best taken 1-2 times daily 30 min before or after exercise.Can also be taken throughout the day to increase your daily protein intake
