The Gut Health bundle contains 6 delicious dietitian-designed, chef-made meals that are high in fibre and have high plant diversity.

Each meal has at least 10g of fibre, which is a third of your recommended daily amount and at least 11 plant diversity points.

All the meals are packed with good nutrition, a source of protein, low in sugar, are upf-free and a source of vitamins and minerals.
