What is it?

Holland & Barrett High Fibre Blend contains a blend of fruit, vegetable, psyllium husk and oat bran fibre. These capsules include a combination of soluble and insoluble dietary fibres.

Psyllium Husk Powder (Plantago ovata) (Mustard, Sesame Seeds), Capsule Shell (Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose), Anti-Caking Agent (Magnesium Stearate, Silicon Dioxide), Apple Pectin, Broccoli Powder (Brassica oleracea), Prune Extract (Prunus domestica), Cauliflower Powder, Oat Powder (Cereals containing Gluten), White Kidney Bean Extract (Phaselous vulgaris L.), Carrot Powder, Peach Fruit Powder (Prunus persica), Lactobacillus Acidophilus.

Directions:
