“The tablets are revolting - they smell and taste disgusting. They also gave me a really upset stomach. Ruined my entire day taking them in the morning. Holland and Barrett have also been poor at getting back to me to acknowledge this and offer any kind of reimbursement.”

“I can't comment on whether these tablets work, as how does one tell? However, they smell and taste absolutely horrible. Unfortunately I bought two bottles and don't want to waste the money, so shall try to continue taking them, but most certainly shall never buy more. They are also doing some unpleasant things to (let's say) my digestive system. Even if they work brilliantly, really can't take the smell and taste.”

“The smell is bad enough to cause me to wretch but I took it anyway and carried on taking them hoping it would make a difference to my hairline and breakage. On one occasion I vomited and thought that’s it I can’t take it anymore. There has been no improvement to my hair it is still breaking. One of my worst purchases from H & B a total waste of money.”

“Even the first pill made my hair stop falling immediately. On the very next day I didnt have ANY hairfall. Litteraly any. What I am doing differently is that I am taking an additional pill of vitamin K2 - as I had D deficiency and when you take vitamin D without eating dark leafy vegetables (rich in vitamin K2) the calcium can not be redestributed throughout the body correctly. Some of it does not go to the bones but to hair roots and calcify them. This results in even more hairfall. So I did take this as well. Of course I am doing other things, like put magnesium oil on my scalp which reverts back the process of calcium routes and make a mask with oils: in bulgaria the oil is called Trivitaminol. It contains Vitamins E D and A. Also I change the way I dye my hair and turned to Henna. I also plan to buy harmless and expensive shampoo. All in all extremely happy with the purchase. I dont know what i was missing but the pills immediately helped me. Litterally immediately.”
