What is it?

Holland & Barrett Lutigold Lutein capsules contain the plant-based carotenoids: lutein and zeaxanthin – the pigments in fruits and vegetables that give them a yellow or reddish hue. Lutein is not made in the body, so it can only be obtained through your diet and lutein supplements.

Carotenoids can’t be made in our bodies; therefore, you may find it useful to take carotenoid supplements and make sure to consume carotenoid-rich foods like parsley, spinach, kale, broccoli, and peas.
