Take 1 small spoon (0.5g, approximately the size of a pea) daily and dissolve it in warm (plant-based) milk, coffee, tea, or water. Hang the supplied spoon on the edge of your cup to allow the shilajit to dissolve slowly, then stir well. Preferably take with a meal. Do not exceed stated dose.
