How to use?

Directions:
BREWING INSTRUCTIONS

Thought I would try these as they were on an introductory offer, their are only 10 in a box, but they are a “ posh” tea bag with a added powder that supports the nervous system. A lovely flavour though , would buy again, to early to tell the benefits of these yet.
