Seem to be having an effect after about 6 weeks
“I started to take these for mild joint soreness and, although there wasn't any effect at first, I persevered because I had read that Rose Hip extract takes a few weeks to take effect. Now, after about 6 weeks, the niggling soreness in my hip joint has pretty much disappeared.”

“I am sure these rose hip tablets have changed formula from the originals in the orange bottle. There is now also a strange and unpleasant taste and smell to them, so much so I will be cancelling my repeat order. As to the efficacy of the tablet, they do help with arthritic knees, but not enough to overcome the unpleasant taste/smell.”
