- Biotin is found in most of the best hair supplements for growth; it is a B Vitamin that contributes to the maintenance of normal hair and skin – helping to keep them healthy. Niacin, also known as vitamin B3, is a water-soluble vitamin that aids normal skin and normal function of mucous membranes.

Terrible Smell
“Not a fan of these, bought as they were a little cheaper than pure collagen but wish I just spent the money. The smell is horrendous I have to hold my nose while taking them, i cannot do them routinely as the smell is so bad. Don’t recommend.”
