Lifesaver - they really work
St John's Wort literally saved my life when I had postnatal depresssion and anxiety back in 2001 and I always rely on these to lift my mood or help me whenever I feel a depressive episode coming on. I just love this herb. Miracle. Works within hours to lift your mood.

This product does exactly what it’s supposed to do in my opinion(help with mild anxiety) Just a shame I can’t take it during the summer months due to the photosensitivity.

Amazing product
I’ve been taking these for a few weeks after experiencing anxiety and low moods, they have helped a huge amount, takes the edge off and makes me feel positive. I’m glad I found them.
