Hydration Blend - Peach Ice Tea

Even mild dehydration of around 1-2% can affect energy, focus and how tired you feel. Every day movement and exercise cause fluid and salt loss through sweat, not just water loss. Replacing both fluids and key electrolytes helps the body rehydrate more effectively, especially after exercise or busy days. Our Hydration Blend delivers five essential electrolytes for better hydration in refreshing flavours that make drinking water effortless and delicious.

• 5 Electrolytes, Calcium, Potassium, Sodium, Magnesium, Chloride

• Vitamin C contributes to energy-yielding metabolism, a reduction in tiredness and fatigue, and an improved immune system after extreme exercise.

• Zinc for normal muscle and bone function

• Natural Flavour and Sweetener, sweet peach tea flavour

• Rip it, Sip it. This is what success tastes like.

• In Boxes of 30 sachets, for a monthly supply
