Normal digestion is neccesary for the body to absorb and use the nutrients in your food for health and vitality. Digestee is a flavoursome tea containing herbs and spices, including peppermint, aniseed, fennel and ginger which help maintain normal digestion.
Peppermint has been used for it's refreshing & soothing qualitites. Calming fennel seeds and aniseed combine to provide a naturally sweet flavoured tea. Delicious liquorice adds to well-being and Chamomile flowers for their calming properties. Directions:
Prepare by pouring a cup of boiling water over the teabag and allowing to infuse for up to 5 minutes. Add honey if preferred.

Amazing tea but the taste is not for everyone
If you have stomach pain then use it , hold your nose if you have to but get it down. Can't recommend this enough but at first it's like biting into lemon peel it's very bitter !
