Sea Moss, also known as Irish Moss (Chondrus crispus), is a type of red algae found along the Atlantic coasts of North America, Europe, and the Caribbean. It has been used for centuries as a natural remedy and superfood due to its exceptionally high nutrient content.
Lattie’s Sea Moss Gel is handmade in the UK from wild sea moss lovingly harvested by free divers from small boats and made to an old family recipe.
